**Your role**
Als Business Development Manager - Industrial Cooling zal jouw taak erin bestaan om ook binnen de koeling wereld Atlas Copco als "First in mind - First in choice" te positioneren. Hierbij ga je actief aan de slag om de markt en applicaties in kaart te brengen waar onze koeling producten een meerwaarde kunnen bieden aan onze bestaande en toekomstige klanten. Je bepaalt het volledige potentieel binnen BELUX en je bepaalt een go-to-market strategie binnen onze verschillende klantensegmenten. Een goede kennis van de koeling markt of koeling applicaties is een hiervoor een vereiste.
Binnen deze rol breng je ons bestaande klantenbestand in kaart, met behoefteanalyse van toepassingen waarin moet worden voorzien.
- Je brengt ook de koelmarkt (toepassingen, klanten, dealers, concurrenten,...) in kaart.
- Je definieert ons volledige potentieel en bepaalt de strategie bepalen, met name op welke toepassingen/klanten we ons moeten richten en via welke kanalen.
- Je traint jezelf actief in de toepassingen en ons productaanbod.
- Je zet outbound marketingcampagnes op om onze naambekendheid te vergroten.
- Je vergezelt Sales Engineers bij klantenbezoeken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor industriële koelingskansen die niet gekoppeld zijn aan de verkoop van compressoren.

- Analytisch inzicht: je bent in staat het potentieel bij zowel bestaande klanten als prospecten te identificeren en te evalueren.
- Marktexpertise en commercieel inzicht: actief verzamelen van relevante concurrentiegegevens en het bepalen van een doelgerichte go-to-market strategie voor verschillende producten en applicaties
- Initiatief en ondernemerschap: initiatief nemen bij het opzetten en implementeren van marketingactiviteiten en campagnes, evenals het actief prospecteren bij key customers en prospects.
- Technische bekwaamheid: diepgaande technische kennis vergaren en op de hoogte blijven van de laatste ontwikkelingen binnen het vakgebied.
- Doorzettingsvermogen en teamspirit: je bent een doorzetter en vertegenwoordigt overtuigend het imago en de waarden van de Atlas Copco Groep.
- Talenkennis: je bent vlot drietalig (NL/FR/ENG).
