Diverse Regions and Business Areas collaborate to establish and maintain our network infrastructure. Our global Solution & Architecture team strives to streamline operations for our businesses by centrally managing essential components.

Position Overview:

  • Reporting to the Solution Owner Network & Connectivity

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Joining the Infrastructure team within the global Solution & Architecture department
  • Supporting LAN, WAN, and WiFi infrastructure, emphasizing SDA design, construction, and deployment
  • Managing Routing (SDWAN, Backbone, Cloud) and Traffic Engineering to optimize WAN performance
  • Performing tasks like Troubleshooting, Training, Monitoring, Implementing changes, and Documenting
  • Developing automation scripts, especially using Python
  • Enhancing network monitoring utilizing Solarwinds and ThousandEyes

Experience Requirements:

  • Proficiency in LAN / WAN / WiFi infrastructure
  • Expertise in Routing & Switching, including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VXLAN, and vPC
  • Familiarity with Cloud Networking technologies such as VNET, ExpressRoute, and AWS Direct Connect
  • Experience with Cisco Catalyst Center (DNAC) automation and Python programming is advantageous
  • Knowledge of Solarwinds, ThousandEyes, Firewall, and Azure Firewall is beneficial

Key Technical Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Cisco SDA (Catalyst Center, ISE)
  • Expertise in LAN / WAN / WiFi technologies including Cisco and WLC
  • Proficient in Routing protocols like BGP, OSPF, and Traffic Engineering for On-premises, Backbone, and Cloud environments
  • Skilled in troubleshooting using tools like Wireshark, ThousandEyes, and Solarwinds for monitoring and alerting
