Accounting Assistant for Growing Business Management

For a company specialized in business management, assistance in business creation, and company domiciliation, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated accounting assistant.
This company assists aspiring entrepreneurs in starting their business in Belgium by simplifying the company creation process through its vast networks and expertise. After the process, companies establish their headquarters in one of the three client's business centers, with over 3000 clients in its portfolio.

Location: East Brussels
Responsibilities
- Enter customer, supplier, and financial invoices for meticulous tracking of transactions.
- Prepare VAT returns meticulously to comply with tax regulations.
- Contribute to various financial closures to ensure precise financial statements.
Aside from accounting tasks, you will handle administrative duties such as:
- Manage collections for financial balance maintenance.
- Monitor credit and customer accounts closely to foster strong relationships.
Profile
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting or related.
- Have significant experience in a similar role, proficient in accounting tasks.
- Skilled in client communication, answering questions, and guiding them.
- Organized with multitasking capabilities in a dynamic setting.
- Proficient in various computer tools for efficient work.
