About the Role


We are a fast-growing scale-up revolutionising the food-tech sector by helping restaurant owners to choose their 3rd party delivery providers and take control of their own delivery experience.

You will be joining one of our teams in Ghent working on our core product.

Our typical teams consist of 6 developers, a PM and a designer.

A Typical Day:

  • Building API integrations for leading national and global delivery partners
  • Working on complex algorithms to help restaurants optimise their operations and food offering
  • Structuring procedures as asynchronous tasks using queues to create performant and scalable solutions.
  • Help to choose new technologies and frameworks to tackle problems
  • You might even be in touch with customers directly, as you are keen to hear what you can improve

Your Expertise:

Backend developer with relevant experience working on large code bases

Knowledge of Python is a major plus

At least 4 years+ commercial coding

Experience with building Web/REST APIs

You write clean, maintainable, type annotated, test covered code

We don't tell you what to do, you are the expert and you welcome giving and receiving feedback

You enjoy collaborating with a team
