Onze leiders hebben de ambitie om onze mensen en ons bedrijf te laten groeien. Als Store Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het plannen en behalen van de verkoop
- en winstdoelstellingen van de winkel. Je leidt, coacht en ontwikkelt het team, bevordert een veilige werkomgeving en zorgt voor een geweldige klantervaring.
**Verantwoordelijkheden**:
- Je leidt met een visie om de beste ervaring te garanderen voor al onze collega's en klanten.
- Je analyseert en volgt de verkoop
- en winst-KPi's van je winkel op en onderneemt acties om de resultaten te maximaliseren.
- Je overziet de winkelactiviteiten en zorgt ervoor dat de beste procedures worden gevolgd in de winkel en dat deze in lijn zijn met de visie van de Area.
**Mensen & Teams**:
- Je zorgt ervoor dat alle verantwoordelijkheden op het gebied van personeelsrelaties, wettelijke vereisten en het H&M-beleid worden nageleefd.
- Je werft, traint, ontwikkelt en beheert de opvolging voor je Store.
- Je evalueert en beheert de prestaties van je team door middel van gesprekken, ontwikkelingsplannen en feedback om leiderschap te stimuleren en de bedrijfsbehoeften te ondersteunen.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat gezondheids
- en veiligheidskwesties, juridische kwesties en veiligheidskwesties worden afgehandeld in overeenstemming met de H&M-normen en lokale wetgeving.
**Functie-eisen**
We zijn op zoek naar mensen die:
- Ervaring hebben met leidinggeven in een klantgerichte omgeving
- Eerdere ervaring met het leiden en managen van teams
- Een passie voor winstgevendheid en mensen
- Klantgericht denken
Dit is een vaste functie van 35 uur per week met start in maart of in overleg.
Deze functie is gebaseerd in de regio van Knokke, en je moet tijdens openingstijden van de winkel kunnen werken. Basiskennis van de Nederlandse of Engelse taal is vereist.
