We are looking for a
GxP and GMP/GDP
Quality Management System Lead who is passionate, knowledgeable, and proactive to join us in our
GxP Quality Management Systems and Learning team, based in our office in
Braine l'Alleud, Belgium.


About the Role


As the GxP and GMP/GDP Quality Management System Lead, you will be responsible for driving the design, implementation, and maintenance of UCB's GMP/GDP Corporate Quality Management System.

Your mission will be to ensure compliance with regulations while fostering continuous improvement, innovation, agility, and efficiency.

Who You'll Work With


You'll collaborate closely with senior leaders, functional QMS Leads, and various stakeholders across the organization to align processes and ensure effective implementation of the QMS framework.


What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute the strategy for the GMP/GDP Corporate Quality System.
  • Ensure the QMS remains current with regulations and define revision roadmaps.
  • Lead the lifecycle management of the QMS, integrating processes and documents.
  • Lead and optimize QMS governance
  • Design, develop and establish an efficient Management Review process.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the QMS Process Owners community.
  • Drive communication on QMSrelated topics and support GxP QMS activities.
  • Define training strategies and provide expert advice on GMP/GDP regulations.
  • Lead improvement initiatives and foster a change management culture.
  • Provide inspection support and maintain oversight of inspection related CAPAs.
  • Build strong collaboration with various stakeholders
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Deep knowledge and experience with Quality Systems in the biopharmaceutical industry.
  • Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
  • Fluency in English.
