Are you a recent graduate or graduating soon, with a passion for both people, growth, learning and communication? Are you excited about the prospect of driving the agenda to develop a learning culture and enabling people to grow within a global organization? If so, this is an exceptional opportunity to join the
TA&L Global Growth Enablement team at UCB through our Graduate Development Program (GDP), located in UCB HQ, in Brussels.


You will embark on a
24-month development program, working closely with various teams and participating in projects to shape the future of learning and beyond at UCB.


The Graduate Development Program in Talent is a
2-year rotational program consisting of 2 rotations of 1 year across the broader HR team.


As a GDP participant, you will gain invaluable professional experience and skills in
HR, Communication/Change Management and Data analysis, while being immersed in
global transformation initiatives.

You'll also have
numerous networking opportunities, enabling you to build relationships with peers, mentors, and professionals from diverse areas of expertise.


By the end of the program, you will have experienced a series of diverse projects, gaining exposure to different aspects of the organization, learning various skills, and making valuable contributions to
UCB's Growth and Learning & Development initiatives.

Each project will offer you
unique insights and challenges, preparing you for an enriching and rewarding career ahead.

  • You are passionate about

    Tech savvy in using communications tools, intranet platform and multimedia software
  • You have a high proficiency in using
    Office 365 suite, particularly MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Yammer
  • You are curious to learn and adapt to changing organizational needs
  • You are eager to take accountability for your own workplan, driving deliverables, managing multiple internal and external stakeholders and contribute to parallel workstreams.
  • You are selfmotivated, proactive and ready to drive and motivate team mates to achieve deadlines, maintaining engagement and energy for the project
  • You are able to collaborate in larger campaigns / projects taking up your role to contribute from a
    creative and communication perspective

Two graduate journeys are never the sameand this one is an exciting one There's a lot more to it, but to get started, this is what is expected by the time you end the program:

  • You have been driving the Communication and Marketing plan for the Learning offering
  • Understand the different learning offerings and target audiences
  • Identify and build the stakeholder mapping and needs
  • Develop a solid communication plan
  • Execute the communication plan
  • Define and measure impacts of our communication
  • You have contributed to the
    Growth Mindset within UCB to enable every employee to unleash their potential to drive value for the patient now and in the future
    :
  • You have developed
    excellent Relationship Management and engagement skills, enabling productive conversations with the team and stakeholders at various levels
  • You have developed your
    Project Management skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • The 2 year program will allow you to understand our HR department set up and how Communication is critical. Part of this 2year program there will be at least 1
    rotation within the broader team of HR. Depending on this exposure plus demonstrated skills we offer to
    shift area of focus within the team accordingly.
