Functie

Als Demi-chef de Partie te Gent horen volgende verantwoordelijkheden tot jouw takenpakket:

  • Je zorgt voor de mise-en-place in de productiekeuken en koude keuken (wassen en snijden van groenten, fruit etc.);
  • Je bereidt koude voor- en nagerechten, salades en schikt op borden;
  • Je ondersteunt en helpt de chef-gerant de warme maalrijden voor te bereiden;
  • Je vult de toonbank aan en springt bij bij de bediening;
  • Je onthaalt de klanten in het personeelsrestaurant en bedient hen op een vlotte en aangename manier;
  • Je staat in voor de kassa (no cash);
  • Je staat in voor het afruimen en schoonmaken van de toonbanken, de installaties en de werkplaatsen alsook voor de afwas van zowel de productiekeuken als het personeelsrestaurant;
  • Je controleert de kwaliteit en de versheid van de producten;
  • Je zorgt voor hygiënische opslag en bewaring van de voedingsmiddelen;
  • Je zorgt voor efficiënte werkvoortgang en lost problemen zelfstandig op;
  • Je houdt toezicht op de algemene hygiëne, orde en netheid in de keuken en op de strikte naleving van de HACCP- en veiligheidsnormen;
  • Je ziet toe op het respecteren van de ethische principes en je valoriseert de uitgevoerde acties van duurzame ontwikkeling;
  • Je volgt een zero risk mindset en doet geen compromissen op het gebied van veiligheid. Of het nu gaat om jouw veiligheid, die van jouw collega's, consumenten, klanten of een andere partij;
  • Je doet de vervangingen bij afwezigheid.

Profiel

Voor de vacature van Demi-chef de Partie te Gent, zijn we op zoek naar volgend profiel:

  • Je beheerst zeer goed het Nederlands, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling;
  • Je bent klantgericht, vriendelijk en discreet;
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in de keuken;
  • Je kan zelfstandig, goed georganiseerd en efficiënt werken;
  • Je bent een vlotte en optimistische persoon, die collegiaal is en als een echte teamplayer wordt gezien;
  • Je volgt de interne procedures op (HACCP-normen, veiligheid, ...);
  • Je bent punctueel;
  • Je bent flexibel. Je levert extra prestaties indien nodig;
  • Je bent dynamisch, leergierig en stressbestendig op de werkvloer;
  • Je bent een teamplayer - One Team Approach.
