Our client, Soil Capital, is a mission-driven company with expertise in regenerative agriculture and low-carbon transition of agricultural systems.

Operating internationally, Soil Capital's ambition is to accompany farmers in the transition of one million hectares to more profitable and regenerative agriculture by 2025.Soil Capital Carbon is supported by mySoilCapital, a farmer and partner portal that collects, processes and delivers data so that farmers and partners can implement better regenerative and low carbon agriculture.


They are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their People team based in Louvain-La-Neuve You will work closely with our HR Specialist and report to our Head of Finance.

You will have a position with responsibilities spanning from handling the entire recruitment cycle to managing the Talent pool of Soil Capital.


Description:

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic recruitment initiatives to support Soil Capital's rapid growth, focusing on attracting and retaining top talent in line with our culture and values.
  • Design and implement creative recruiting strategies to meet the evolving staffing needs as we aim to double our size within two years.
  • Manage and coordinate relationships with recruitment agencies, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to meet hiring needs and objectives.
  • Engage in proactive talent mapping and pipeline development to prepare for future hiring needs and organizational expansion.

  • You love working as a team but feel as confortable working autonomously
  • You have at least some initial experience in recruitment and are looking to gain experience in Talent Management.
  • Experience in hard HR/ People Operation is a plus.
  • You are creative, intuitive and proactive, thriving for the best employee experience
  • You are fluent in French & English
  • You are ready to travel abroad occasionally (France & the UK)
