Role and Responsibilities:
Ready to play a crucial role as a Customer Success Specialist at ProPlanner, a dynamic & growing SAAS company in a scale-up phase?
From the moment a customer chooses us, you are their reliable first point of contact. You are essential in optimizing their experience with our software, from the initial introduction to full implementation. You thoroughly analyze customer needs, provide advice on the best solutions, and ensure a smooth onboarding process. You seamlessly translate sales agreements into practical applications and build strong, long-lasting relationships.
As a Customer Success Specialist at ProPlanner, you are more than just a project manager; you are also a change manager, process improver, and trainer. You inspire key users at the customer end and help them become advocates of our product.
Your role:
- Act as the go-to person for our customers.
- Proactively guide customers during the onboarding process and implementation phase.
- Conduct training and education sessions, both online and on-site.
- Manage customer projects from start to finish, including providing support to existing customers with platform-related queries.
- Keep customers informed of all the latest developments within ProPlanner and identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities.
- Enhance customer satisfaction through strategic initiatives and maintaining sustainable customer relationships.
- Collaborate with various teams within ProPlanner to thoroughly understand customer needs identified during the sales process.
- Support the sales team with your in-depth product knowledge, including assisting with complex demos and functional inquiries.
- Hold a Master's degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within customer success, customer service, or account management, preferably in the software industry.
- Fluent in Dutch with a good command of French and English.
- Ability to work independently and proactively within a team.
- Strong communication skills, adapting communication styles to different conversational partners, being patient and friendly, effective listening, and the ability to explain information clearly and understandably.
- Accuracy and attention to detail in project management and customer information management.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Hands-on mentality, enjoyment of tackling complex challenges, and the drive to always go the extra mile.
- Knowledge of the automotive and rental sector is a plus.
