Stap in de wereld van occasie wagens als Used Car Coach/Consultant in het officiële dealernetwerk van een vooraanstaande autofabrikant. Jouw avontuur omvat:
· Het opvolgen van jouw dealers: Volg met finesse de dealers in heel België die aan jou zijn toevertrouwd.
· Directe Connectie: Onderhoud rechtstreeks contact met jouw dealers en hun team van occasie-enthousiastelingen, waarbij je niet alleen een relatie opbouwt, maar ook een doelgerichte brug slaat tussen passie en expertise.
· Optimalisatie in Actie: Geef vleugels aan de dealers door hen te ondersteunen bij het fine-tunen van hun occasie activiteiten. Jij bent mede architect van hun occasie succesverhaal.
· Advies met Klasse: Adviseer de dealeroperators als een echte maestro op het gebied van occasie wagens, waarbij je niet alleen denkt aan vandaag, maar ook aan de toekomst van hun occasie-afdeling.
· Proactieve Probleemoplosser: Brainstorm met zowel de constructeur als de dealers om constructieve oplossingen te bedenken en verbeteringen van werkprocessen te realiseren. De door jou in samenspraak met de dealer opgemaakte actieplannen zijn de blauwdruk voor succes.
· Autonome Avonturier: Ga zelfstandig te werk en jongleer met je eigen agenda. Flexibiliteit is jouw sleutel tot succes.
Wat we van jou verwachten· Auto-knowhow: Minimaal 2 à 3 jaar ervaring in de automobielsector, met een bonuspunt als je bekend bent met de processen rondom occasie wagens binnen een dealership.
· Communicatieve Vaardigheden: Vlotte communicatie met een vleugje diplomatie. Je praat niet alleen, maar je luistert veel en wanneer je spreekt is dat met impact.
· Resultaatgericht Denken: Analytisch sterk en gefocust op resultaten. Voor jou is elk advies een stap naar succes.
· Taalvirtuoos: (Perfect) tweetalig Nederlands en Frans, met kennis van het Engels.
· Klantgerichtheid: Je begrijpt de behoeften, verwachtingen en prioriteiten van elke dealer.
· Proactieve Instelling: Communicatie is niet alleen de sleutel, maar ook de motor van jouw proactieve aanpak.
