**Wat je zal gaan doen**:
De Chemische Pilot Plants in Beerse (CDMP) en Geel (CDPP) maken deel uit van de Chemical Process Research and Development (CPRD) organisatie en zijn verantwoordelijk voor:
- Het aanmaken van API's voor gebruik in klinisch onderzoek.
- Het ontwikkelen en opschalen van nieuwe chemische processen waarbij het vergaren van proceskennis voorop staat.
- De lancering van nieuwe geneesmiddelen en het produceren van kleine volumes commerciële producten.
**De verantwoordelijkheden en de impact die je zult hebben**:
- Je voert chemische reacties en fysische éénheidsbewerkingen uit.
- Je volgt de processen nauwgezet op door tijdens de uitvoering van het proces de proces
- en PAT data op te volgen en proactief mee te denken aan procesoptimalisaties.
- Je werkt in een hoogtechnologische omgeving mee aan de verdere ontwikkeling van nieuwe technologieën en het opschalen van nieuwe processen.
- Je kan nieuwe oplossingen uitwerken in nieuwe situaties door je diepgaande kennis die je hebt van chemische processen en de procesapparatuur.
- Je werkt in een volcontinu ploegensysteem en bent bereid om flexibel ingezet te worden in de verschillende plants on site ter ondersteuning van de launch & growth missie van de Geel site.
**Qualifications**:
**We horen graag van je als je aan de volgende essentiële vereisten voldoet**:
- Je beschikt mínimaal over een bachelor diploma scheikunde/procestechnieken of gelijkwaardig door relevante operationele ervaring.
- Je begrijpt dat veiligheid in een chemische plant van hoogste prioriteit is en vindt veilig werken uiterst belangrijk.
- Je begrijpt dat de veiligheid van de patiënt nooit in gedrang mag komen. Daarom werk je nauwgezet en hecht je veel belang aan het afleveren van kwaliteitsvol werk. Je werkt volgens de GMP procedures en handelt de bijhorende documentatie nauwgezet af, hierbij gebruikmakend van elektronische systemen zoals MES.
- Je hebt sterke interesse in chemie, technologie en automatisering.
- Je hebt de ambitie om te werken in een omgeving die zelfstandig werken en het tonen van eigenaarschap sterk waardeert.
- Je kan gelijktijdig verschillenden taken efficiënt uitvoeren en je kan makkelijk zelfstandig de tijdslijnen van jouw werk bepalen door zelf de juiste prioriteiten te leggen.
- Je werkt graag samen in teamverband.
