ARE YOU ARE NEW SENIOR PRODUCER?
MAKE, our in-house production team, is looking for a
TV & Radio Producer.

Your day-to-day consists of organising pitches, negotiating budgets and drawing up schedules for big and medium television & social productions.

You are the
spokesperson for the production, working closely together with our agency and (external) production houses. Your number one priority is to produce inspiring campaigns that leave our clients hungry for more. Your
seamless communication and
flexible attitude ensure agency, client, suppliers and (post)producers are on the same page.

When working fully in-house, you are attentive that your colleagues are fully briefed and oversee the productions from A - Z.

Working under pressure gives you energy and you
think in solutions. Your team player mentality allows you to efficiently
work closely together with your colleagues.

About you
-
Producer experience of 6 years in this role is a must.

  • You feel comfortable with
    taking the lead in productions and on set, handling your
    own projects from A
  • Z (Startup, budgeting, pre
- and postproduction).

  • Short social content productions are your thing.
-
Budgeting, planning and negotiating are second nature to you.

  • You will be on the field and also take care of the administration.
  • You are
    handson, a
    good communicator and you love to make things work.
  • You are
    flexible and
    punctual, and you like to learn and evolve.
-
Dutch is your first language, and you have a
good knowledge of English and French.
-
Driving license B is a must to get the job done.

  • Occasional evening & weekend work is no problem.
