- Ondersteuning van het salesdepartement (inclusief van onze dealers) tijdens de verschillende fasen van het verkoopsproces met demonstraties en product technische toelichtingen.
- Verantwoordelijk voor productdemonstraties en opleidingen van onze klanten, on-site en in ons opleidingskantoor.
- Aanspreekpunt van onze klanten bij technische problemen en klachten inzake product en toepassing daarvan.
- UItvoeren van technische scans en procesmapping bij klanten m.b.v. een rapportagetool
- Uitvoeren van testen en evaluatie van producten en neemt deel aan het werk van projectteams die de nieuwe productlanceringen voorbereiden.
- Je verzamelt en communiceert (updates over) technische documentatie, trainingsmateriaal etc voor gebruik door de sales.
- Proactief informeren van de klanten over ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden.
- updaten en rectificatie van klanteninformatie in het CRM systeem.
- Rapporteren aanrapporteert aan de Technical Services Manager West-Europa en dagelijks contact met Sales Manager
**Wat zoeken we?**:
- Bij voorkeur Bacheloropleiding in technische of chemische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Commerciële ervaring is zeker ook relevant.
- Leergierig en gemotiveerd om productkennis op te doen (opleidingen voorzien te Hilden (Duitsland).
- Je hebt een goede technische inzicht en in je vrije tijd ben je handige harry.
- Je bent commercieel ingesteld, enthousiast en klantgericht.
- Je bent zelfstandig, communicatief en weet van aanpakken.
- Kennis van verfsystemen en spuitapparatuur is een pluspunt.
- Je bent goed tweetalig NL/FR en beheerst daarnaast ook het Engels.
- Goed vertrouwd met de gebruikelijke MS Officetoepassingen (Excel, Word, Powerpoint ).
- Je hebt een rijbewijs B en bereid om te reizen in de toegewezen regio.
