En Endesa tenemos un firme compromiso con la formación y captación del talento.

Por eso ofrecemos un Plan de Becas a recién titulados/as universitarios que quieran formar parte de un modelo de aprendizaje colaborativo orientado a adquirir competencias profesionales.


Para esta beca, buscamos personas recién Graduadas en Derecho y/o Ciencias Políticas y/o Económicas y/o Relaciones Internacionales, o que estén a falta de su TFG, para incorporarse a través de una Beca al Departamento de Regulatory en Endesa "Madrid".




¿Qué hace la Unidad?

  • Dirección responsable de las Relaciones Institucionales y Regulatoria de IBERIA ante las Instancias Europeas.
  • Gestión de las políticas comunitarias que influyen en la toma de decisiones regulatorias, económicas y estratégicas de IBERIA (energía,
- cambio climático, medio ambiente, investigación y desarrollo, competencia, fondos europeos, consumidores, fiscalidad, etc.)

  • Esta función es parte de "Public Affairs, Regulation and Antitrust" dentro de la División "Europe"



¿En qué colaborarás?

  • Colaboración en el análisis de las políticas comunitarias que interesan a IBERIA.
  • Apoyo en el seguimiento del proceso legislativo: estudio de las propuestas, colaboración en la preparación de posiciones y elaboración de notas al respecto.
  • Apoyo en el seguimiento de las Comisiones Parlamentarias en el Parlamento Europeo.
  • Asistencias a Conferencias, Workshop, Roundtable organizadas por las Instituciones Comunitarias



¿Qué formación y conocimientos van a ser considerados?

  • Recién Graduados/as en Derecho y/o Ciencias Políticas y/o Económicas y/o Relaciones Internacionales o que estén a falta de su TFG


 Inglés nível C
  • Conocimiento de instituciones europeas (derecho comunitario/otros)

Será valorable:

  • Disponer de un Máster o estudios especializados en Derecho Comunitario
  • Idioma: francés y/o italiano se valorará positivamente



¿Qué ofrecemos?
Prácticas del Programa BRIDGE en ENDESA, S.A.

  • Ayuda de estudio de 900,00 € brutos mensuales
  • Horario: Jornada completa
  • Centro de trabajo en España: Avenue de Nerviens, Bruxelles Belgique
  • Master en Productividad y Desarrollo Personal, Universidad Camilo José Cela.


Las becas de Endesa constan de dos partes, un Plan de Formación Específico o Práctica en la Empresa y un Plan Académico de Formación.

La práctica en la Empresa tendrá una duración de un año, con una jornada completa de lunes a viernes, un periodo de descanso de 22 días laborables al año y una ayuda al estudio de 900€ brutos.

De forma paralela, se realiza la formación académica de manera online en los 6 primeros meses. Es un postgrado que consta de 5 módulos enfocados al desarrollo personal desde el ámbito profesional.
