Functie
- Begeleiden van processen (coach, advise, challenge en stage gating)
- Coördinatie over betrokkenen heen: Service Management, Support Teams, Operations Managers, Teamleads
- Realiseren van processen in scope van het team
- Zorgen voor continual
- en service improvements (CSI) binnen de afdeling
Functie-eisen
- Kennisniveau Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Relevante werkervaring van 8-10 jaar
- Grondige kennis van ITIL /IT4IT
- Grondige kennis van de processen in scope (Service Level Management, Service Request en Service Catalog, Knowledge Management)
- Grondige kennis van Continual Improvements en Service improvements (CSI)
- Kennis van coaching technieken
- Kennis van ServiceNow
- Kennis van de courante en specifieke software
