Wij ondersteunen onze klanten - de Brusselse openbare instellingen - _in_ hun digitale _transitie_._ Werken voor Paradigm betekent een reële impact hebben op het dagelijkse leven van de Brusselaars._
Als - Workspace Designer NWOW - New Horrizon werk je aan de verhuizing van Paradigm, die gepland staat voor eind 2024.
Om deze verhuizing zo goed mogelijk voor te bereiden en te organiseren, doet Paradigm graag een beroep op een Workspace Designer met ervaring in Het Nieuwe Werken (NWOW).
**Jouw bijdrage, jouw taken**:
Als Workspace Designer NWOW - New Horizon heb je de volgende hoofdtaken:
**1. Macro-ontwerp, organisatorische dimensie**:
Het ontwikkelen van een macro-ontwerp op basis van organisatorische workshops is een cruciale stap in het creëren van een gestructureerd en effectief raamwerk. Door middel van zorgvuldig gefaciliteerde workshops verzamel je belangrijke informatie en genereer je ideeën die de betrokkenheid van de medewerkers versterken. Het resulterende macro-ontwerp dient als blauwdruk voor de bredere ontwikkeling van de werkomgeving.

**2. Micro-ontwerp en ruimteplanning in co-creatiemodus**:
Om een werkomgeving te creëren die niet alleen functioneel, maar ook inspirerend en ondersteunend is, ontwikkel je een co-creatief ruimteplanningsproces, waarbij je verschillende perspectieven samenbrengt om een ruimte te creëren die de behoeften van alle gebruikers weerspiegelt.

**3. Meetstaten en meubelcatalogus**:
Op basis van gevalideerde micro-plannen stel je een meetstaat en een catalogus op van meubelmodules met het oog op het organiseren van een aanbesteding (overheidsopdracht).
Deliverables: technisch lastenboek en catalogus/specificatie voor standaardmeubilair
**Je ervaring en competenties**:
Je hebt een masterdiploma interieurarchitectuur en gedegen ervaring in een soortgelijke functie waarin je ten minste 6 van de volgende 8 taken hebt uitgevoerd:
- Vaardigheid in het gebruik van IT-tools voor het opstellen van plannen, het voorbereiden van lastenboeken en het opstellen van technische specificaties.
- Keuze van het meubilair in overeenstemming met het budget en eventuele lopende overheidscontracten (leverancier, keuze van apparatuur, budget, enz.).
- Opstellen van overheidsopdrachten, meer bepaald het technische gedeelte van het lastenboek.
- Je team adviseren en inspirere bij de keuze van materialen
- De visie van het project waarvoor je verantwoordelijk bent verdedigen tegenover het senior management
- De budgettaire aspecten van het project beheren, in samenwerking met de Program Manager van New Horizon, en daarbij de richtlijnen van je leidinggevende opvolgen.
- Duidelijke, precieze plannen voorstellen om je ideeën tot leven te brengen voor een niet-architect publiek
- De administratieve procedures van bouwwerkzaamheden beheersen.
- Plannen aanpassen gedurende het project, rekening houdend met de richtlijnen voor welzijn op het werk, in samenwerking met het SIPPT-team van Paradigm.
Presenteer drie referenties van projecten waarvoor je macro
- en microplannen hebt opgesteld, evenals het technische gedeelte van de specificaties voor de aankoop van het meubilair.

Kennis van het Frans en Nederlands is verplicht, kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
