Onze klant, gelegen te Brussel is op zoek naar een **Freelance Legal Counsel Credits.**
Als juridisch adviseur zult u juridisch advies verstrekken aan de afdelingen die producten creëren voor de markt van "Persoonlijke Leningen", deze producten implementeren binnen de bank, deze aan klanten verstrekken en dit voornamelijk doen binnen de volgende rechtsgebieden: consumentenkrediet, hypotheekleningen, collectieve schuldenregeling, handelsrecht, krediettransacties, vennootschapsrecht, voorkeuren en effecten, faillissement en bedrijfscontinuïteit.
Bij het uitvoeren van uw taken zult u te allen tijde proactief zijn om de juridische kosten tot een redelijk niveau te beperken, evenals het monitoren van klanttevredenheid.
