Flats products in Europe produce various steel products sold to industries such as heavy machinery, automotive, construction, and appliances. They are initiating a strategy to lead in green steelmaking. This ArcelorMittal Flat Europe Green project aims to set the standard for green steel across production sites through advanced digital solutions.

The job entails steering the digital strategy across locations to support key business processes like safety, productivity, quality, maintenance, logistics, reporting, and supply chain, as well as the Decarbonization Green Steel Strategy.

What you will do: Project & role description

You'll be part of the European digital team focusing on supporting Flat Products plants in their digital journey with the following objectives:

• You will lead the FE expert community on Vision AI solutions, enhance Vision AI technology, and collaborate with experts to engineer and optimize industrial solutions.
• You will drive the practical use of AI to optimize workforce, foster cooperation among AI experts, and maximize synergies across locations for digital projects.
• You will analyze industrial challenges and develop solutions using Vision AI, robotics, IOT, and other technologies, while staying updated on technological advancements and exploring potential business applications.
• You will engage with stakeholders within and outside the company to promote innovation, maintain digital documentation, and ensure information accessibility.

• You have a Master's Degree in Digital, Computer Science, Automation Technology, or related field, with real job experiences being a plus.
• You are an entrepreneur with a strong interest in digital technologies like AI, Vision AI, I4.0, Robotics, and others, with a focus on safety and results.
• You are proactive, innovative, analytical, and detail-oriented, with a passion for continuous improvement and growth.

Your profile: Social profile

• You are self-motivated, proactive, and enjoy sharing information and guiding others, with a focus on innovation and collaboration.
• You possess problem-solving abilities, creativity, endurance, and team spirit, with a keen interest in personal development and communication skills.
• You are a technical change leader with the flexibility for occasional mobility and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
