De organisatie:
As a Project Manager at Tein Technology, you will lead a team of project engineers, customer engineers, and solutions architects, with support from the Account Manager.
You will have a dual role, managing projects both from a business and technical perspective.
You will report to the Business Unit Manager, keeping them informed of project status, potential risks, and technical issues through PM highlight reports, project risk registers, and ERP systems and project management tools.

Het profiel:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
- A systematic and analytical approach, with a teamoriented mindset.
- Strong client relationshipbuilding skills.
- Proven negotiation, presentation, and meeting skills.
- Knowledge of technological, business, and HR issues.
- Experience in industrial engineering in electronics/ICT, or a technical Master's degree.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PRINCEII (certification a plus), and experience with tools such as MSP, Teamwork, or Niku.
