Job Responsibilities

CAW Oost-Vlaanderen is looking for an integral pathway guide to strengthen the Local Partnership in the Frontline Zone Schelde-Leie.

The Local Partnership focuses on non-working job seekers in a vulnerable situation with a significant distance from the labor market. The aim of the project is to make the participants more self-reliant, helping them find a more fulfilling place in society and in the job market. The project team consists of employees from various organizations, including Emino and Compaan, each bringing their expertise. From CAW, you will focus on housing and administration, mental well-being, and/or relationships and social network.

As a pathway guide, you will develop integrated support pathways with the participants. You will approach them in their own living environment (mobile and engaging) and build a trusting relationship. You will methodically and systematically address barriers in various areas, reducing the gap towards employment integration. You will start from the strengths and resources that are still present.

In addition to offering tailored support, you will also advise your colleagues in the team and coach them in your expertise. You will participate in meetings and act as a bridge between the partnership and CAW's services.

• You have a degree in higher education (bachelor or HBO5) in a human sciences field.
• You can demonstrate expertise in support related to housing and social administration, mental well-being, relationships, and social networks. Experience in activation themes is a plus.
• You are hands-on, and with your creative problem-solving skills, you can easily adapt to new situations. You are action-oriented and persistent.
• As a networker, you can effectively build collaborative relationships with colleagues from other organizations.
• You are willing to work evenings if the client is not available during the day.

• A part-time job (19h/week) with an indefinite duration contract where you can start immediately and work from the Deinze region.
• Compensation according to scale B1c from the Joint Committee. Your relevant and demonstrable seniority will be taken into account for the calculation of your salary.
