Functieomschrijving
- Je ondersteunt de eindgebruikers bij het gebruik van onze informatica omgeving.
- Je maakt het IT-materiaal gebruiksklaar alvorens het te installeren (PC, printers, telefoon VOIP,)
- Je analyseert de inkomende meldingen van software en hardware problemen en onderneemt acties om deze problemen op te lossen.
- Je volgt de procedures en werkt deze desgevallend bij.
- Je werkt constructief samen met de collega's van de systeem
- en ontwikkelingsdepartementen en de informatici van de ziekenfondsen.
- Je registreert en behandelt de vragen en noden volgens de procedures en wachttijden in ons ticket systeem.

Profiel
- Je hebt een doorgedreven kennis van informatica (AD, netwerken, servers, PC's, printers, smart devices, internet.).
- We bieden schoolverlaters met affiniteit voor IT de kans om de functie uit te oefenen d.m.v. een doorgroeitraject.
- Je beschikt over een diepgaande kennis van Windows 10 & Office 365.
- Je bent communicatief en klantgericht.
- Je bent leergierig.
- Je bent een teamplayer.
- Je bent Nederlandstalig maar praat eveneens vlot Frans en beheerst het Engels voldoende.
- Je bent bereid in een ploegenstelsel (variabel van 07.30 u tot 17.00 u) te werken en in een beurtrolsysteem de wachtdienst te verzekeren.

Je werkomgeving

De informatica-afdeling van het Nationaal Verbond van Socialistische Mutualiteiten bestaat uit een 200-tal IT-ers die toepassingen ontwikkelen voor alle aangesloten ziekenfondsen, hun loketten (800) en binnendiensten, verspreid over heel België. Deze toepassingen worden gebruikt door meer dan 3500 personen en maken dagelijks ongeveer 4 miljoen transacties mogelijk.
