De Afdeling Securities & Financial Markets garandeert de operationele verwerking van alle effectentransacties en -posities en de Financial Markets activiteiten.
We streven daarbij naar een excellente klantervaring, maximale efficiëntie, mínimale risico's en zijn het Expertise centrum voor de behandeling van uitzonderingen (o.a. ter ondersteuning van Front Office & Middle Office en collega's van andere Afdelingen).

**De job in een notendop**
In nauwe samenwerking met de collega's in de project
- en IT teams, dragen we in belangrijke mate bij tot de realisatie van de strategische axe 'Bank for Investors'.
Het Team Securities Settlement is verantwoordelijk voor de operationele verwerking van de transacties van 3 functionele subdomeinen:
- de vereffening van verrichtingen (aan
- en verkoop, lending, forex,) voor institutionele klanten;
- de vereffening van verrichtingen (aan
- en verkoop, repo, collateral enz.) van Financial Markets;
- de vereffening van transferten van effecten portefeuilles tussen banken.
Na een opleiding on-the-job word je actief ingezet in het domein van de transferten en werk je nauw samen met je collega's, je adjunct-diensthoofd en je diensthoofd.
De uitdaging ligt in de diversiteit van producten en in de complexiteit ervan.
Tot je takenpakket behoren:
- de dagelijkse organisatie en monitoring van de vereffeningen;
- de kwaliteitscontrole en het beheer van complexe dossiers voor onze PBR- en WEP-klanten en voor de eigen verrichtingen van de bank;
- de beheersing van de operationele risico's van de verschillende financiële instrumenten, van de marktpraktijken en van lokale regelgeving;
- de optimalisering van de diverse processen en procedures in nauwe samenwerking met de business process owners.

Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. We zoeken vooral een straffe persoonlijkheid met een learning mindset.
Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent met de volgende eigenschappen:
- je bent vertrouwd met of geïnteresseerd in het effectenuniversum;
- je bent klantgericht;
- je hebt zin voor initiatief en kan werken met de glimlach, zelfs in stressvolle omstandigheden;
- je bent autonoom, hebt een kritische en analytische geest en je kan zich verplaatsen naar de klant;
- je bent een vlotte communicator en beschikt over een actieve talenkennis;
- praktische kennis van de tweede landstaal en Engels is een troef;
- je bent goed georganiseerd en bent vertrouwd met de toepassingen van MS Office.
