Onze klant is een snel groeiende kmo actief binnen het vastgoed. Hoewel er een internationaal kader is, wordt er een zeer informele en directe communicatiestijl gehanteerd. Als Financieel Controller houd je toezicht op de nauwkeurigheid van de financiële resultaten en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van ad-hoc rapportages.
Takenpakket:
Je draagt de verantwoordelijkheid over de correctheid van de financiële gegevens van een 50-tal vennootschappen Je bereidt de maandelijkse financiële rapportering voor en bespreekt deze met de directie en de raad van bestuur Verantwoordelijk voor de opmaak van een financieel plan, budgetten, forecasting in nauwe samenwerking met de CFO Aansluitend sta je in voor cash planning, opmaak van cash flow statements, treasury opvolging, en meer Opstellen en doorvoeren van een efficiënt systeem van interne financiële controles Implementeren van procesoptimalisatiesProfiel:
Je bent in het bezit van minimaal een bachelordiploma in een financiële richting en kan dit linken aan meerdere jaren ervaring binnen controlling Ervaring met diverse ERP systemen is een must.
