In deze context zijn wij op zoek naar een Security Regulatory & 3rd Party Security Expert
- U bent verantwoordelijk voor het toezicht op, het meten van en het leiden van inspanningen om de maturiteit en doeltreffendheid van de governanceprocessen en -controles inzake regelgeving en beveiliging van derden binnen AXA België te handhaven en systematisch te verhogen.
- Je helpt bij het onderhouden van het end-to-end inzicht in het SecurityOffice-team van AXA België en de evolutie ervan (context en ecosysteem van het verzekeringsbedrijf, IT- en digitaliseringscontext en relevante beveiligingsgerelateerde regelgeving, waaronder DORA).
- Je werkt nauw samen met de relevante contactpersonen binnen de AXA Belgium organisatie, waaronder de DPO, Legal, Business & IT Compliance, Risk en Procurement teams
- Je levert expertise/standpunt over beveiligingsvoorschriften.
- Je coördineert en ondersteunt evaluaties van de naleving van de beveiligingsvoorschriften. Je coördineert en ondersteunt de beveiligingsdimensie in Outsourcing Oversight en Vendor Risk Management processen (inclusief beveiligingsbeoordelingen en beveiliging in contracten). Je coördineert en ondersteunt reacties op beveiligingsverzoeken van klanten en partners van het bedrijf.
- Je identificeert mogelijke hiaten tussen regelgevende en security compliance verwachtingen en AXA Belgium's configuratie en processen, en stelt activiteiten voor ter vermindering/verbetering van beveiligingsrisico's (inclusief projectmanagement van lokale initiatieven en/of roll-out van initiatieven van de Groep) en helpt deze te stimuleren.
- Je maakt duidelijke presentaties op managementniveau, waarin je een begrijpelijk beeld geeft van de huidige veiligheidspositie/risico's van AXA België met betrekking tot veiligheidsvoorschriften en veiligheid van derden, evenals lopende verbeteringsinitiatieven.
- Je kunt autonoom en proactief werken, waarbij je CSO en SecurityOffice collega's betrekt en sterk bijdraagt aan de stem van het veiligheidsteam binnen de organisatie, in samenwerking met Business en IT.
**Jouw Profiel**
- Een Master in computerwetenschappen, technologie of een gerelateerd gebied; een opleiding over beveiligingsthema's is een troef.
- Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een Data protection functie;
- Een certificering in de informatiebeveiligings
- en/of informatietechnologiesector is een duidelijk voordeel;
- Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk in het Nederlands en/of het Frans, en vloeiend in het Engels;
- Ervaring in een multinationaal bedrijf is een voordeel;
- Een goed vermogen om op managementniveau te werken;
- Een echte teamplayer;
- Iemand die analytisch kan denken om complexe businessscenario's te doorgronden.
