Manager EU Affairs (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du verfolgst aktuelle Regulierungsverfahren auf europäischer Ebene und vertrittst die Positionen des Bitkom zur europäischen Digitalpolitik gegenüber EU-Institutionen, in der Öffentlichkeit sowie in unserem europäischen Dachverband DigitalEurope.
  • Als Teil unseres Politikteams in Berlin und Brüssel bringst du dich aktiv in die Koordinierung unserer politischen Arbeit ein und hilfst mit, Leuchtturmprojekte umzusetzen und weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Du pflegst und erweiterst unser politisches Netzwerk auf EU-Ebene und fungierst als Schnittstelle zu unserer Berliner Hauptgeschäftsstelle.
  • Du informierst unsere Mitglieder über europapolitische Entwicklungen und unterstützt die Fachkolleginnen und Fachkollegen in Berlin mit deiner EU-Expertise.
  • Du organisierst politische Veranstaltungen in Brüssel und Berlin und unterstützt unsere Pressearbeit.
  • Du pflegst den Kontakt zu den Brüsseler Vertreterinnen und Vertretern unserer Mitgliedsunternehmen.

Dein Profil:

  • Dein Hochschulstudium hast du mit herausragendem Erfolg abgeschlossen, z.B. in Politikwissenschaft, Internationalen Beziehungen, Europastudien, Rechtswissenschaft oder VWL (andere Fächer möglich).
  • Im EU-Umfeld konntest du bereits erste professionelle Erfahrung sammeln, z.B. im EU-Parlament, einer anderen EU-Institution, in der EU-Repräsentanz eines Unternehmens, bei einem Verband oder in der Beratung.
  • Du hast ein offenes, überzeugendes Auftreten, diplomatisches Geschick und ein sehr gutes politisch-kommunikatives Gespür. Du bringst deine Ideen ein, bist engagiert und möchtest anpacken.
  • Du denkst politisch, verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes Public-Affairs-Mindset und hast Spaß am Netzwerken. Wenn du dir in Brüssel bereits ein eigenes politisches Netzwerk aufgebaut hast, ist das von Vorteil.
  • Du formulierst treffend und bringst komplexe Sachverhalte auf den Punkt – schriftlich wie mündlich, in deutscher wie in englischer Sprache. Idealerweise verfügst du zudem über gute Französischkenntnisse.
