The responsibilities for this position as Procurement & Sourcing Officer are:

Take charge of the end-to-end procurement process, from Purchase Order to goods Receipt to Invoice Verification, utilizing our SAP system
:

Utilize Material Requirements Planning to ensure timely ordering and delivery:
-
Maintain close relationships with suppliers, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to the quality standards
:
-
Optimize inventory levels to avoid excess or obsolete stock, while ensuring uninterrupted supply
:
-
Take ownership of your key performance indicators (KPIs) and constantly strive to simplify processes and achieve targets
:
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Marketing, Quality,and Supply Chain, to source the best ingredients that fuel the brand's innovation
:

Develop and implement strategies for ingredient sourcing, utilizing strategic sourcing methods and conducting RFX processes
:
-
Lead negotiations and contract implementation, aiming for optimal terms and conditions
:

Foster strong relationships with key suppliers and actively seek new potential suppliers and emerging trends
:
-
Be an integral part of our dynamic Procurement team, collaborating closely with colleagues to achieve departmental goals

Report directly to the Procurement Manager, providing insights and updates on procurement activities.
The required qualifications for the Procurement & Sourcing Officer are:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 3 years of procurement experience
:

Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive under pressure, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
:
-
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels
:
-
Proficiency in SAP and advanced knowledge of Excel, empowering you to navigate complex systems and analyze data effectively
:

Fluent in Dutch and/or French, as well as English.
