The Ecolab Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) division specializes in the development and implementation of personalized hygiene programs in the world of fast food.

We accompany our partners on a daily basis to guarantee them the highest level of hygiene. Our added value is to be proactive and ensure that hygiene processes and HACCP rules are observed and followed.

We are looking for a
Field Service Manager Belgium to follow up and develop key accounts in the fast food sector:

What will you do:

You will be responsible for the following tasks, under the responsibility of the regional manager, through your daily field presence:

  • Analysis and development of sales of existing customers in your region.
  • Prospecting restaurants belonging to the mentioned chains that are not using the program optimally.
  • Ensuring the maintenance and proper operation of our dispensing equipment.
  • Installing and training new restaurants on program usage.
  • Provide various trainings to the users of the program.
  • Working closely with the various departments (OPS/Q&A) of our partners. Report monthly sales targets to the manager.
  • Ability to organize independently and prepare weekly and monthly plans, including the organization of routes.
  • Area: Belgium/Luxembourg with occasional support in the Netherlands/France.

What are we looking for:

  • Ideally, you have a successful practical experience between 0 2 years, gained in a technical and commercial environment. Good knowledge of the Fastfood sector is an asset.
  • Your interpersonal skills, your willingness to listen, your availability, your sense of autonomous organization, and your technical ability will be the keys to success in this position.
  • You have a good level of oral and written French and Dutch. Knowledge of English is an added advantage.
  • You are willing to travel and constantly relocate to your sector.
  • Desired living location: Belgium
