We specialise in the design, assembly and repair of printed-circuit boards (PCBs) and concentrate mainly on prototypes and series in quantities up to 1,000.

Job description:

Whoever joins us at work can count on a varied work assignment:

  • In the first instance you take responsibility for the manual and automatic population and assembly of electronic components. You fit components on the board or take care of the final assembly of various electronic end products.
  • In a subsequent phase you create BOM lists and check supplied lists.
  • You check incoming components for correctness, totals, etc.
  • You help work on solutions relating to setups or repairs.
  • Work preparation relating to production: drawing up and adapting coordinate files and creating stencils.
  • In due course you also draw up tenders, precalculations and retrospective costing.
  • If you still haven't 'learned enough' you also get to grips with PCB design. For this you use Altium Designer or KiCad.
  • You provide friendly and expert assistance to customers or suppliers by telephone or face to face.
  • Besides your passion for electronics do you also have the sales bug? Bingo You can combine this to your heart's content and help us to achieve our further growth

Your responsibilities are:

  • You guarantee the quality of the end products from the very beginning.
  • You work meticulously and with precision.
  • You check and double check your work and are only satisfied when everything is in tiptop condition.
  • You are the proud contributor to supplying a delicate end product.
  • There is a relaxed, informal atmosphere, but you are friendly and professional at all times with respect to customers, suppliers, colleagues and everyone you come into contact with in your work situation.

Profile:

We are looking for amiable colleagues with a passion for electronics. A motivated starter or an old hand? Both are welcome Knowledge of electronics at component level is however an absolute must

Job-related competences

  • Machine setting by selecting programs
  • Checking production parameter settings
  • Data for production and quality registration (failures, emergency activities, etc.)
  • Production type: short runs
  • Providing the machines with components and checking that they successfully pass through the different production phases
  • Checking parts before assembly or processing
  • Organising and coordinating the manufacturing or industrialisation project

  • Sense of accuracy: you are punctual and work meticulously and accurately
  • Has learning capacity
  • Keeps to rules and arrangements
  • Flexibility: can cope with planning changes
  • Takes responsibility
  • You work well independently and demonstrate understanding of your work You identify tasks and see where colleagues need assistance. You know what you are doing but are also not afraid to ask for a second opinion from a colleague if you are not certain about something.
