Tijdens ons tweejarige programma stippel je zelf je loopbaan bij Risk uit. Je komt meer te weten over risicobeheer en de financiële sector. Via ons International Talent Program kun je jezelf ontdekken aan de hand van een brede waaier van opleidingen op maat van je behoeften.
**Maak het verschil als trainee**
Bij ING verruimen we steeds onze horizon. Onze mensen hebben een toekomstgerichte mentaliteit, een sterke positieve instelling en werken graag in een flexibele omgeving. Wil je het verschil maken, niet enkel op het financiële leven van om en bij 8 miljoen klanten, maar ook op de bank van de toekomst? Waarom wachten, ontdek vandaag nog hoe dat kan.
"Change banking" betekent in de allereerste plaats actie ondernemen. De financiële wereld ondergaat momenteel heel wat veranderingen en als Risk Management-trainee speel je een belangrijke rol in de aanpak hiervan. De resultaten van de analyses die je verricht, voornamelijk in opdracht van Retail en Wholesale Banking, hebben een invloed op de bedrijfsresultaten en op de risico's die we bereid zijn te nemen. Het is daarom belangrijk dat je sterk in jezelf gelooft en volledig achter je beslissingen staat.
**Je stages**
Binnen je 18 maanden durende stage werk je aan projecten rond krediet
- en handelsrisico, balansrisico, risicodiensten, compliance, operationeel risicobeheer of regelgeving. Je krijgt vanaf de eerste dag grote verantwoordelijkheid binnen je functie. Je beslist volledig vrij over je tweede stage. Veel trainees kiezen voor een buitenlandse opdracht in het kader van een internationaal project, bijvoorbeeld in Londen, Spanje, Singapore of New York. Zo'n internationaal avontuur is niet alleen bijzonder leuk, maar ook goed voor je persoonlijke en professionele ontwikkeling.
Na 18 maanden heb je heel wat ervaring opgedaan en word je tewerkgesteld in een permanentere functie, waarin je je kennis nog verder kunt uitbreiden. Je persoonlijke voorkeuren en interesses zijn een belangrijk uitgangspunt voor de functies die je uitvoert. Zo kun je bijvoorbeeld je permanente functie starten in het buitenland, als dat je interesseert.
**Je voordelen**
Uiteraard bieden we je een goed basisloon voor je traineeship (startersfunctie), betaalde jaarlijkse vakantie, een indrukwekkend opleidingspakket en een vast contract. Bij ING krijg je de kans om je talent in te zetten waar het echt van pas komt: in het hart van de bank. Je analyse en aanbevelingen leiden tot een zorgvuldig overwogen risicoprofiel dat de bank toelaat om een gezonde winst te maken, maar vooral om te zorgen voor de veiligheid van het geld van onze klanten, zowel nu als in de toekomst. Samen met andere (internationale) trainees neem je deel aan wereldwijde evenementen, waardoor je snel een uitgebreid netwerk opbouwt.
Als trainee word je begeleid door je lijnmanager en je Early Career Talent Manager (trainee manager). Voor extra begeleiding kun je vragen dat een Senior Manager optreedt als mentor. Ze coachen, inspireren je, introduceren je binnen hun netwerk en delen hun kennis en inzichten met je.
**Onze Risk-trainee**
- Bezit een masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in de econometrie, economie, rechten of (kwantitatieve) financiële wetenschappen (ook diploma's in de wiskunde, ingenieurswetenschappen en fysica komen in aanmerking).
- Heeft interesse voor financiële dienstverlening, een innovatieve kijk op bankieren en een grenzeloze passie om ideeën om te zetten in werkelijkheid.
- Heeft (internationale) ervaring opgedaan via verschillende extracurriculaire activiteiten.
- Is enthousiast en houdt rekening met de belangen van klanten en collega's.
- Spreekt vlot Engels - kennis van het Nederlands of Frans is een grote troef en geeft toegang tot meer teams en rollen.
- Heeft maximaal 2 jaar werkervaring.
**Opmerking**: de resultaten blijven geldig voor een toekomstige kandidatuur voor een van onze traineeships. Dit betekent dat je je niet opnieuw kandidaat kunt stellen indien je niet geslaagd bent voor onze beoordeling of onze sollicitatiegesprekken.
