**Robert Half** is momenteel op zoek naar een **Sales Assistant **(m/v/x) voor een bedrijf gelegen in **Zaventem.**

Jobomschrijving Voel jij commercieel bloed door je aderen stromen en ben je service-minded? Word dan onze nieuwe commercial officer. Je bent mede verantwoordelijk om onze partners en klanten de best mogelijke commerciële support te verlenen. Als commercial officer vertegenwoordig je dit imago met veel toewijding. Je werkt samen met de account manager gedurende het volledige salestraject. In deze rol zijn uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden (zowel NL als FR), gecombineerd met sterke analytische en administratieve skills, een must. Als commercial officer kom je terecht in een dynamisch, gedreven en klantgericht team waarin we collega's als onze grootste asset beschouwen. Taken & verantwoordelijkheden
- Je ondersteunt de Account Manager(s) en beheert jouw klanten portfolio voor het hele verkoopproces. Dit gaat van de creatie van offertes, het onderhandelen van prijzen bij de suppliers tot het versnellen van de levering;
- Je verwerkt alle data in bedrijfseigen tools;
- Je communiceert vlot, zowel intern als extern met de verschillende stakeholders; Profiel Je bent:
- Zowel mondeling als schriftelijk zeer communicatief in het Nederlands en Frans;
- Een administratieve duizendpoot met een scherp oog voor details;
- Zelfstandig langs de ene kant en een echte teamplayer langs de andere kant;
- Assertief, gedreven en stressbestendig;
- In staat om procesverbeteringen op te merken, voorstellen te doen ter verbetering en deze te bespreken met je teamleader. Je hebt:
- 2 tot 5 jaar commerciële (binnendienst)ervaring;
- Een zeer commerciële ingesteldheid, waarbij je het belang van het bedrijf altijd vooropstelt;
- Common sense en een growth mindset, waarbij je spreekt over uitdagingen i.p.v. problemen;
- Een gezonde interesse in IT en de voeling met de digitale wereld;
- Permanentie telefonie: er zijn flexibele kantooruren die starten tussen 7u en 9u en afsluiten vanaf 16u, maar af en toe hoort daar permanentie voor de telefonie bij tot 18u, volgens beurtenrol. Ons aanbod

De vereiste **kwalificaties** voor de functie als **Sales **Assistant **zijn:
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans;
- Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office. Kennis van Excel is een pluspunt;
- Je hebt minstens een paar jaar werkervaring in de sector;
- Je bent in staat prioriteiten te stellen;
- Je bent nauwkeurig en klantgericht;
- Je bent onmiddellijk beschikbaar.
