- en uitgevoerd. Diamond Office vervult deze taak in nauwe samenwerking met de overheid (FOD Economie en FOD Financiën - AADA).
Ter versterking van het departement Diamond Office zijn wij op zoek naar een **Senior Manager Diamond Office **(m/v/x) voor een voltijdse en vaste betrekking.
**Takenpakket**:
**Als Senior Manager Diamond Office heb je onder meer volgende **verantwoordelijkheden**:
- **Je onderhoudt goede contacten met de FOD Economie, de FOD Financiën - AADA, de betrokken expediteurs/transporteurs, de klanten teneinde een optimale communicatie en effectieve samenwerking te bekomen waardoor de diamantzendingen binnen Diamond Office correct, efficiënt en veilig worden afgehandeld.**:
- **Je volgt op dat de geijkte procedures worden nageleefd, maar neemt ook initiatief en werkt actief mee aan de **verbetering van de processen **en **optimalisaties **binnen Diamond Office.**:
- **Je adviseert de FOD Economie bij de toewijzing van de van de zendingen aan de erkende deskundigen (10,3 FTE's).**:
- **Je volgt de wijzigingen m.b.t. douaneprocedures (o.a. via Nationaal Forum) op en vertaalt deze naar de IT omgeving.**:
- **Je levert oorsprongscertificaten af teneinde goederen in het land van bestemming met verminderde rechten binnen te krijgen.**:
- **Je rapporteert aan het Head of Diamond Office, geeft functioneel leiding aan de erkende deskundigen en je bent back-up voor de Manager Customs Service.**

- **Je beschikt over een Bachelor diploma.**:
- **Je hebt minstens 10 jaar relevante werkervaring achter de rug.**:
- **Kennis van douanewetgeving, expeditie is een sterke meerwaarde.**:

- **Je beschikt over een zeer goede mondelinge en schriftelijke kennis van het Nederlands en Engels, goede kennis Frans is een pluspunt.**:
