We are looking for a
Pharma Sciences Senior PAT Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join us in our Product Development organization based in Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium.
Responsibilities:
- You are in charge of developing and implementing process modeling for our pharmaceutical production processes in the Pilot Plant.
- You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate and optimize digital twin solutions.
- You will utilize PAT and chemometrics tools to develop/validate process modeling in order to assist the development of new pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
- You will stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies
- You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain documentation of all activities.
Qualifications:
- You have a PhD in Engineering/ Pharma or a related field or equivalent via experience
- You have a knowledge of process mathematical modeling, programing (Python or Matlab) and implementation.
- You have experience with Process Analytical Technology (PAT) is a plus
- You have proficiency in (multivariate) data analysis and modeling software.
- You are problemsolving and communication skills.
- You have the ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when necessary.
- You have an understanding of pharmaceutical cGMP guidelines and regulatory requirements is a plus.
