Marketing Administrative Support

**Jouw functie**
Beurzen en events:
- Je staat in voor de praktische en logistieke organisatie van marketing gerelateerde events van A tot Z, in samenwerking met je team. Concreet betekent dit o.a. het boeken van hotels, het communiceren van de deadlines en bewaken ervan, het aanvragen van offertes, het nodige materiaal op tijd laten versturen, materiaal nakijken wanneer het terug is van de beurs,
- Je beheert de bestellingen en voorraad van drukwerk, marketing
- en promotiemateriaal.
- Input en opvolgen van leads
- Je geeft de data
- en leadsinput van o.a. beurzen of onze website(s), digitale libraries,in ons CRM-systeem, alsook sta je in voor de interne opvolging ervan.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat alle marketingtools goed gestructureerd en voor iedereen beschikbaar zijn via de Sharepoint.
- Je staat samen met het team in voor het beheren en onderhouden van de corporate website en productsites door middel van ons CMS.
Support & communicatie
- Je ondersteunt je marketingcollega's bij het uitvoeren van hun dagdagelijkse marketingtaken.
- Je helpt mee aan de uitvoering van de employer branding-aanpak en bewaakt de corporate identity van de groep.
- Je rapporteert aan de Marketing Manager.
**Jouw profiel**
- Je hebt een bachelordiploma in een relevante richting (Office management, Communicatie, Marketing, ) en/of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt een digitale aanleg en kan vlot overweg met het Office 365-pakket.
- Je houdt van planning en structuur.
- Je bent een vlotte communicator, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van Engels en Nederlands, Frans is een troef.
