Electromechanical/piping Project Manager

**Fonction**:
En tant qu'Electromechanical/Piping Project Manager, vous serez chargé de coordonner les activités d'études des fluides et assurer la circulation des informations sur le projet. Le coordinateur fait partie d'une équipe et est en charge de:
- Coordination des différentes équipes d'études
- Récolte auprès de l'ingénieur d'affaires les informations nécessaires et transfert vers les différents intervenants dans l'exécution du contrat
- Préparation des dossiers et transfert des informations vers les dessinateurs/collaborateurs et autres intervenants dans l'exécution du contrat
- Edition d'une partie des spécifications techniques
- Edition d'une partie des RFQ et RFO l'attention du Service des Achats avec le logiciel Malis
- Assistance technique au Service des Achats : étude et analyse des offres techniques, clarification des incertitudes avec l'ingénieur d'affaires
- Edition des RFM à l'attention du client
- Vérification du suivi du planning d'étude et retour d'information pertinente vers les personnes en charge de l'organisation du projet. Participation éventuelle aux réunions avec le client lors des réunions de confirmation de la conception telles que KOM (Kick Off Meeting), BDL (Basic Design Liaison), DDL (Detail Design Liaison)
- Information des superviseurs de chantier et réponses aux questions adressées par les chantiers
- Contact clients et partenaires dans le cadre des clarifications des sujets techniques
- Transfert des documents vers clients/partenaires (technical doc)
- Participation aux réunions de suivi (follow up) et prise de connaissance du rapport établi par l'ingénieur d'affaires
- Calcul de conception pour mes tuyauteries et gaines
- Réalisation des schémas de procédé et d'instrumentation (P 1ID) avec le logiciel Cadmatic (formation assurée par l'entreprise) et en collaboration avec la section en charge de l'instrumentation et automation
- Supervision de l'étude de détail pour les tuyauteries et gaines : Rédaction des spécifications de tuyauterie et de gaines, Configuration du logiciel Cadmatic
**Profil**:
- Ingénieur industriel électromécanique, mécanique ou équivalent par expérience
- Bonnes connaissances en anglais (écrit et oral)
- Connaissances en matière de tuyauterie industrielle
- Très bonnes aptitudes en gestion de projets
- Orienté clients-résultats-solutions, proactif, organisé et rigoureux
- Capacité d'analyse, de définition des priorités
- Flexible, esprit d'équipe, résistant au stress
