Role and Responsibilities:
  • The Rewards & Mobility advisor ensures the correct, professional, and timely implementation of all aspects of Carrefour's Rewards & Mobility policy. Together with the director, they work on achieving innovations and optimizations.
Total Rewards:
  • Expert in Total Rewards within and outside Carrefour.
  • Development and optimization of the total rewards strategy.
  • Analyze and report salary and benefits market conformity.
  • Execution of annual bonus and cafeteria plan cycles.
  • Contribute to individual bonuses and collective departmental goals strategy.
  • Propose Collective Bargaining Agreements.
  • Collect financial results for bonus calculations.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and bonus validators.
  • Operational monitoring of bonuses and benefits.
  • Optimize financial aspects of bonuses including warrants.
  • Handle benefits preparation and processing.
  • Ensure tool oversight: validation, budget control, employee inquiries, payroll reporting.
  • Effectively manage benefits and communication with suppliers.
  • Benefits management: group insurance, hospitalization insurance, Ekivita.
Job Grading:
  • Analyze job descriptions for accurate job levels.
  • Optimize job leveling.
Mobility:
  • Develop and optimize mobility policies.
  • Analyze and report on mobility policy market conformity.
  • Manage mobility budget: handle employee requests, budget management, supplier communication.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations and integrate them into Carrefour policy.
  • Proactively communicate and promote.
  • Engage with governmental agencies.
  • Manage bike leasing and promote mobility events.
  • Ensure compliance with legal obligations: Mobility Plan and Federal Commuting Survey.
  • Backup for fleet manager.
Teamwork, Customer Focus, and Operational Excellence:
  • Suggest optimization of benefits, processes, tools, and communication.
  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders as a business partner.
  • Act as an active Carrefour ambassador, encouraging colleagues.
  • Contribute constructively to common goals aligned with Carrefour's strategy.
  • Maintain optimal team connection.
  • Listen to customers, prioritize them, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Optimize internal processes and tools while ensuring procedure compliance and taking corrective actions when necessary.
Candidate Profile:
  • Master's degree or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Total Rewards and/or Mobility.
  • Bilingual in FR/NL.

  • You are decisive and have strong communication and persuasion skills.
