Physical Coach – Super League

To further optimize the women's operation, RSCA Women is looking for a driven and motivated Physical Coach for its first team playing in the Lotto Super League.

Job description

You are responsible for drawing up the annual, monthly and weekly physical plans and ensure that our players arrive at the kick-off top fit. You draw up individual programs based on the physical tests and make adjustments where necessary (explosiveness, endurance, etc.). You follow up the daily questionnaires before and after training in the context of load management You ensure a continuous follow-up of the GPS data (STATSports) and monitor the individual load. You are present at matches and take care of the warm-up before and during the match (substitutes). You work closely with the other coaches and performance cell of the first team.

Profile

You have the necessary diplomas and/or certificates to work as a Physical Coach in a top sports environment and have at least a first experience in (women's) soccer. You have the necessary expertise in testing, GPS tracking and construction of individual training programs. You have strong communication skills and can express yourself fluently in English, Dutch and French. English is the working language within the team. You are dynamic and energetic. You are flexible and open to innovation. You are a role model for the players in terms of discipline, punctuality and work agreements. You are a team player and contribute to a positive working atmosphere where continuous learning, development and cooperation are paramount. You take responsibility for your professional duties.
