Onze missie is om de energietransitie te versnellen. Met een bewezen trackrecord van tienduizenden batterijen, zonnestroom
- en warmtepompinstallaties zijn we goed gepositioneerd om hier concrete invulling aan te geven. We organiseren op dit moment collectieve inkoopacties voor deze duurzame producten.

We zijn mensgericht, wat betekent dat we bij alles wat we doen naar de wereld kijken door de ogen, harten en geesten van mensen. Zo creëren we via ons digitale platform de ideale klantreis voor zowel de consument als onze partners.

Sinds 2008 hebben we 2,5 miljoen consumenten geholpen om over te stappen naar een duurzaam energiecontract en hebben we meer dan mensen geholpen om zonnepanelen op hun dak te installeren en hun eigen elektriciteit op te wekken.

**Wat wordt je rol?**

Als Project Manager Installations maak je deel uit van het operationele team en werk je nauw samen met de Installer Manager, Project Managers, Customer Service Officers en externe partners en andere iChoosr-collega's aan het operationele proces en het algehele resultaat van de groepsaankopen zonnepanelen en in de toekomst warmtepompen in België.

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden en optimaliseren van de relaties met de installateurs in onze projecten groepsaankoop zonnepanelen. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor installateurs en andere stakeholders binnen de uitvoering van het project. Je hebt een duale rol waarin je zowel de voortgang bewaakt en hen aan de gemaakte contractuele afspraken houdt, als met hen meedenkt over hoe zij hun processen continu kunnen verbeteren en een hogere efficiëntie bereiken. We willen zorgen voor een zo efficiënt mogelijk proces waarmee we installatie conversie en klanttevredenheid verhogen. Daarmee is jouw resultaat direct meetbaar.

Dit betekent concreet dat:

- Je zorgt dat er inzicht is in de uitvoering van de installateurs en je signaleert mogelijkheden tot verbeteringen in de processen voor meerdere toekomstige projecten;
- Je installateurs begeleiden bij deelname aan het collectief en zorgen dat alle randvoorwaarden kloppen.
- Je de leveranciers bijstuurt op de doelstellingen, communicatie, voortgang, kwaliteit en administratie;
- Je de belangrijkste stakeholders actief betrekt bij het verloop van de projecten;
- Je in de projecten adviseert over mogelijke verbeteringen in de operationele processen bij leveranciers en je bijdraagt aan de implementatie ervan;
- De sparringpartner van de Installer Manager waarmee je samen verantwoordelijk bent voor de gehele uitvoering.

Daarnaast denk je samen met het gehele team na over het verbeteren van onze efficiëntie en dienstverlening, zowel naar installateurs als deelnemers.

**Met wie werk je samen?**

Je werkt intern nauw samen met je collega Installer Manager: samen zijn jullie verantwoordelijk voor de voortgang en uitvoering van de projecten en denken jullie na over verbeteringen.

Daarnaast heb je intensief contact met je collega's van Projectmanagement, IT, Marketing en Data-Analyse en met externe partners. Tot slot spreek je extern met de Installateurs van wie de deelnemers een aanbod uit de groepsaankoop hebben ontvangen.

**Wie ben jij?**
- Je hebt een Masteropleiding gevolgd, aangevuld met mínimaal 1 jaar ervaring in het leiden van projecten;
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels;
- Je bent analytisch en in staat om het grotere geheel te overzien, ook wanneer je bezig bent met gedetailleerde werkzaamheden;
- Je kunt goed plannen, houdt van werken met een breed takenpakket en durft initiatief te nemen;
- Je hebt aantoonbare technische affiniteit en je spreekt de taal van installateurs.
- Je hebt oog voor de belangen van verschillende stakeholders;
- Je bent in staat om problemen te herkennen en hebt een focus tot verbeteren;
- Je bent geboeid door techniek en wil je hier verder in verdiepen;
- Een achtergrond in de energie
- of installatiebranche is een pluspunt;
- Je hebt toont interesse om de Belgische zonne
- en energiemarkt vanuit een consumentenperspectief te begrijpen;
- Kennis van het Frans is een plus.
