Onze klant is actief in de **Vastgoedsector.**

De **verantwoordelijkheden** voor deze functie als **Management Assistant - Sales **zijn:

- Je beheert agenda's en organiseert interne en externe vergaderingen en evenementen;
- Je bereidt vergaderingen en notulen voor;
- Je behandelt interne en externe binnenkomende telefoongesprekken;
- Je zorgt voor de administratieve opvolging;
- Je helpt bij het invullen van de tabellen/rapporten en je ondersteunt de boekhouding;
- Je staat in voor het documentenbeheer en het papieren archief.

De vereiste **kwalificaties** voor de functie als **Management Assistant - Sales **zijn:

- Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma of gelijkaardig door ervaring;
- Je hebt een perfecte kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans. Kennis van het Engels is zeker een troef;
- Je kan vlot overweg met MS Office;
- Je werkt graag met nieuwe tools en technologieën;
- Je bent pragmatisch, assertief en empathisch;
- Je zet jouw sterke organisatorische vaardigheden in om steeds op zoek te gaan naar de beste oplossing.
