THE JOB:


We're looking for an awesome social media intern You can expect to be part of a young, fun team doing everything from scouring social media for the best guest content and checking out the latest trends to set our Instagram feed alight, to working on our blogs, and learning how to optimize content for SEO.

You ideally have an interest in the online world, know your TikTok from your Reels, are fluent in English and eager to learn.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with the social media marketing team in its daily activities including working with social media tools
  • Support in monitoring brand and group level social media channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.) to engage with guests
  • Assist in searching for user generated content to be shared on social media channels
  • Support activation of social media campaigns
  • Support with coming up with creative ideas for our Radisson Hotels and Radisson RED Tik Tok channel based on the brands' passion points and popular trends.
  • Draft and optimize blog posts to share with our social media followers.
  • Research and followup of social media trends
  • Support with content creation to bring innovative content to our social media channels, e.g. video
  • Assist in reporting & preparing internal communications in support of social media marketing activities

A SUCCESSFUL TRAINEE:

- has to be enrolled in a school program in order to be eligible for the internship.

  • Fluent English both written and spoken, another European language is a plus.
  • Interest in and use of social media platforms
  • Ability to easily put together videos through editing tools such as CapCut.
  • Good communication and social skills
  • Good team player
  • Wellorganized with an eye for detail
  • Flexible and cooperative
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Able to work under pressure and independently, and to meet deadlines
