Job Description:


We are seeking for a Marketing Coordinator at our global headquarters for TOMRA Food in Leuven, Belgium and to report to the VP, Head of Marketing and Communications TOMRA Food.


As the Marketing Coordinator, you will oversee and organise our presence at global exhibitions and events, and provide marketing support to various people and programs.

In this role, you should be an excellent organiser and communicator with strong attention to detail. If you also have administrative skills, we'd like to meet you.


Ultimately, your goal will be to help ensure successful lead generation and clear communication of our company's message and positioning across different channels.

You'll be part of a growing global team with big goals.

You will have access to a broad range of marketing activities, giving you the chance to learn and develop your marketing skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Organising our presence at trade shows and events worldwide, working with our global marketing, category, and sales team, making sure our story gets told and we gather qualified leads.
  • Measuring success through defined metrics
  • Creating and updating customer presentations
  • Coordinating the manufacturing of marketing materials with external suppliers, agencies, print, and distribution.
  • Maintaining our marketing libraries and tools, ensuring materials are kept uptodate, and easy to find.
  • Managing the stock and distributing clothing and giveaways, as required.

Qualifications:

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, event management, communication or equivalent.
  • Passionate about event organisation/management, marketing, communications and technology
  • You are organised and able to multitask with ease.
  • You are looking for a diverse job, with a lot of interaction with people worldwide
  • You have excellent attention to details, proof reading is essential.
  • Able to assess data analytically and accurately integrate it into future marketing activity.
  • Willing and able to travel to trade shows and events where necessary.
