- In samenwerking met de directie van het laboratorium en het administratief personeel bespreekt u de projecten die u worden toevertrouwd en u fungeert als tussenpersoon tussen de studiebureaus en de eindgebruikers.
- U checkt de technische oplossingen die door de projectontwikkelaars en de ingenieurs in het kader van deze projecten worden voorgesteld.
- U zorgt voor de administratieve opvolging van de projecten (stedenbouwkundige vergunning, milieuvergunning...).
- U zorgt voor de budgettaire opvolging van elk project.
- U gaat na of de projecten goed vorderen op basis van de planningen vastgelegd door de Ingenieur Projectleider van de Europa Ziekenhuizen. Indien de werken uitlopen, doet u optimalisatievoorstellen om de oorspronkelijk voorziene termijnen toch te halen.
- U werkt actief samen met de verschillende diensten van de Europa Ziekenhuizen zodat u zo goed mogelijk op de hoogte bent van de situatie op het terrein.
- U leest de bestekken na die door de studiebureaus worden doorgestuurd en keurt deze goed.
- U stelt bestekken op voor "kleinere" projecten die niet aan een studiebureau worden toegewezen, in samenwerking met de dienst aankoop.
- U zorgt ervoor dat er prijsoffertes (mínimaal 3) worden aangevraagd voor kleinere werken in het kader van de lopende projecten, u analyseert de offertes en bereidt de bestelbon voor.
- U zorgt ervoor dat de geldende wetgeving nageleefd wordt (coördinator veiligheid gezondheid ), in samenwerking met onze preventieadviseur.
- U volgt de lopende projecten op en rapporteert hierover (documentatie, historiek van het project, ROI ) aan de Ingenieur Projectleider van de Europa Ziekenhuizen.
- U beheert de werven van de projecten die u worden toevertrouwd: u checkt de opvolging, u neemt deel aan werfvergaderingen als vertegenwoordiger van de Opdrachtgever en controleert of de werken goed worden uitgevoerd.
- U zorgt ervoor dat, in bepaalde gevallen, dringende acties onmiddellijk worden uitgevoerd zodat de ziekenhuisactiviteiten kunnen verdergezet worden, ongeacht de rustperiode die vooraf was gepland in akkoord met de diensten.
- U neemt actief deel aan de voorlopige opleveringen in het kader van de ingebruikname van de betrokken zones en met het oog op de overdracht aan de onderhoudsdiensten van de Ziekenhuizen.
- U coördineert en organiseert de interne verhuizingen met de hulp van de technische dienst.
- U zorgt ervoor dat de plannen up-to-date gehouden worden en checkt de doorgestuurde as-builtdossiers voor het voorstel tot akkoord met de voorlopige oplevering.
- U zorgt ervoor dat de informatie tussen de verschillende betrokkenen vlot wordt uitgewisseld.
- U rapporteert regelmatig aan uw leidinggevende over ieder project, met gedetailleerde budgettaire opvolging en planning.
- U vertaalt de strategie van onze ziekenhuizen in het dagelijkse beheer van de projecten.
Profiel
- Industrieel ingenieur, burgerlijk ingenieur, ingenieur architect of architect. Een specialisatie in de bouwsector is een plus.
- U heeft mínimaal 5 jaar ervaring wat betreft projectbeheer in de bouwsector.
- U beschikt over een aanzienlijke ervaring op het gebied van renovatie, aanpassing en organisatie van binnenruimten.
- Ervaring met de speciale technieken van het gebouw en/of de ziekenhuisbranche is een meerwaarde.
- Tweetalig: Frans - Nederlands, en kennis van Engels is een pluspunt.
- Kennis van de principes en structuur van een succesvol projectbeheer.
- Analytische geest.
- Sterke interpersoonlijke vaardigheden, leidinggevende vaardigheden en coach in hart en nieren.
- Operationeel en pragmatisch beheer van de projecten.
- Vermogen om problemen op te lossen en beslissingen te nemen
Jobgerelateerde competenties
- Schema's, detailtekeningen en plannen van de projecten, installaties en inrichtingen opstellen of aanpassen volgens de normen en vereisten
- Functionele, fysische, afmetings-, structurele of geometrische vereisten voor onderdelen, producten,... bepalen en berekenen
- Stuklijsten, specificaties en notities van de plannen bepalen en actualiseren
