Als projectmanager ben jij de eindverantwoordelijke van je project. Je zorgt ervoor dat je project gerealiseerd en opgeleverd wordt binnen de afgesproken tijd en budget. Aangezien limit management een sleutelproject is voor onze klant zoeken wij een enthousiaste
**medior business projectleider **die het projectteam wil versterken.
U rapporteert aan de projectowner/program manager en je hierarchie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de planning, organisatie en opvolging van alle interne activiteiten van dit project.
In samenwerking met het projectteam zal u instaan voor:
- Het maken van taktische keuzes voor de implementatie fase.
- Detailleren van de scope, opstellen van een realistische planning, boeken van de benodigde resources.
- Bepalen, aanvragen en afstemmen van de nodige budgetten en resources.
- Stakeholder management
- Het actief aansturen en opvolgen van de projectmedewerkers.
- Het van nabij opvolgen van de vooruitgang van de projecten alsook de interacties tussen de projectstreams.
- Het ondersteunen van de change en actief bijdragen aan de uitwerking van de change plannen, dewelke een overgang bewerkstelligt van de projectfaze naar het operationele faze.
- Financiele opvolging en rapportering naar de gepaste organen (Portfolio Office & Steercos).
- Bepalen van de vormingsnoden bij de eindgebruikers alsook uittekenen van een adequaat vormingsplan
- Coaching en motivering van uw projectleden en organiseren van de project meetings.
