Job description:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for selecting the right people for various positions.

You will also ensure that these people are committed, motivated and ready to fully engage with the vibrant atmosphere of the company.


Your responsibilities:

  • You'll be a key person in the human resources department, helping to drive the company forward.

Criteria:

Your superpowers:

  • You have good experience in human resources and especially in recruitment;
  • You are fluent in French and Dutch and have a good knowledge of English;
  • You are motivated to promote the company and attend job fairs;
  • You are responsible, autonomous and enjoy working as part of a team;
  • You have good organizational skills and are not afraid of administrative paperwork;
  • You have experience in the STAR method;
  • You dare to take the initiative and approach issues tactfully;
  • You have good oral and written communication skills.
