Voor het team Fundraising binnen ons departement Communicatie & Mobilisatie, zoeken we een (m/v/x): Fondsenwerv-st-er .
Functieomschrijving De fondswerv-st-er draagt bij tot het groeien van de financiële middelen en dus van de levensveranderende projecten van Caritas. Hij/zij is de rechterhand van de coördinator fondsenwerving en is verantwoordelijk voor het relatiebeheer met de Vlaamse schenkers om hun betrokkenheid te versterken. Daarnaast geef hij/zij mee vorm aan impactvolle campagnes.
JOUW BELANGRIJKSTE VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN
Leren kennen van schenkers en een langetermijnrelatie met hen opbouwen;
Werk maken van een goed draaiende donor service en coördineren van de individuele fondsenwervingsacties;
Meebouwen aan innovatieve en succesvolle campagnes en fondsenwervende initiatieven, zowel online als offline;
Samen met collega's en partners, meeschrijven aan de verhalen van de projecten van Caritas die aan de basis liggen van onze acties;
Instaan voor de direct-marketingactiviteiten in samenwerking met externe leveranciers (copywriters, drukkers, vormgevers, etc). .
Profiel
Hogere opleiding (master) marketing met minimum 3-5 jaar ervaring in fundraising en direct marketing;
Ervaring op vlak van face-to-face marketing is een pluspunt;
Enthousiast, empathisch en luisterbereid;
Creatief en een vlotte pen in het Nederlands;
Nederlandstalig met een goede actieve kennis van het Frans en het Engels;
Openminded, analystisch, planmatig en doelgericht;
Kennis van CRM;
Kennis van ISS is een pluspunt;
Een goed gevoel voor humor is een troef
