Research feeds the commercial operations of BBRG, and ensures that we remain at the forefront of technology in our fields of expertise.
It is our job to work closely with our customers to develop the products that will keep us ahead of the competition. We develop sound partnerships with customers and academic and other institutions in order that we may focus on the relevant opportunities for the future.
The main areas of opportunity in the technical department are:
To excel in these areas, we are looking for people with Masters Degrees and PhD's, usually in Metallurgy, Materials Science (metals and polymers) and Engineering. You'll also need the self-motivation and confidence to get on with project work in an open and flat structure, and the flexibility and interest to expand beyond your specialist field or primary discipline.
