**Functiebeschrijving**

Als **DLT/** **Blockchain** specialist ben je deel van een internationaal team waarin we innovatieve projecten met klanten in Latijns Amerika, de Verenigde Staten, Afrika en Europa verenigen. Wij werken met oplossingen zoals Hyperledger, IOV42, Ethereum en Ripple. Je werkt rechtstreeks met klanten om hun business uitdagingen te transformeren naar innoverende technische oplossingen op basis van de veelbelovende DLT/Blockchain technologie. Ons doel is om onze klanten dankzij onze service en producten te ondersteunen met hun inspanningen om meer efficiënt te werken met deze uitdagende technologie.
- Je ontwikkelt applicaties gebaseerd op bestaande open-source Blockchain toepassingen. We werken met Ethereum/IOV42 maar maken ook gebruik van de open source implementatie van Ripple en Bitcoin
- Je biedt hulp bij het ontwikkelen van Blockchain-gebaseerde applicaties en integreert die in de bestaande omgeving bij de klant
- Je bent actief betrokken bij het bedenken van innovatieve oplossingen.

**Wat verwachten we van jou?**

Als DLT / Blockchain Application specialist maak je deel uit van ons team en verwachten we de volgende zaken:
**Technisch**
- Jij staat in voor het technisch design, development & maintenance van de front-end, backend (Blockchain) en API services
- Je staat te springen om aan de slag te gaan met deze veelbelovende technologie. Je hebt interesse in Blockchain software en cryptografie
- Hyperledger specifieke kennis is een toegevoegde waarde: Go, Solidity Ethereum en ervaring met open-source Ethereum clients.
- RDBMS concepten, SQL, NoSQL databases
- Interesse voor WordPress, Magento en WooCommerce.
- Kennis van encryptie, security en authenticatie protocollen is een voordeel
- GitHub en IDE omgevingen (Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA )
- Kennis van Unix, Linux én Windows omgevingen

**Competenties**:

- Je hebt continue focus op verbetering van ons product wat betreft performantie & stabiliteit
- Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de planning en realisatie van de verschillende product features
- Je hebt een adviserende rol voor UX, User Interface, security,topics
- Je participeert mee in het core product design
- Alleen of in een team, je voelt je prettig in beide settings
- Je doet doelgericht **onderzoek** naar al de nieuwe **distributed ledger technologieën**:

- Je hebt goede connecties binnen de IT domeinen.
- Je spreekt vloeiend de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, Frans of Portugees is een meerwaarde.
