Door de diversiteit van de operationele activiteiten van de diverse onderdelen van de groep, zijn de activiteiten van de douane dan ook veel omvattend: naast import-, export
- en transitaangiften, zijn er ook douane
- en BTW entrepots, fiscale vertegenwoordiging en dergelijke meer. Grootste volume van de activiteiten liggen in Antwerpen, maar Zeebrugge en Gent zijn ook locaties waar de nodige aandacht aan dient besteed te worden. Kortom een boeiende omgeving om met de nodige kennis en ervaring mee je schouders onder te zetten.
In het kader van een verdere uitbreiding van het takenpakket van de huidige directeur, zoeken wij voor de opdrachtgever een bekwame, gemotiveerde**:Customs Operations Manager**:
**De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn**:
- Je **werkt nauw samen met de directeur **en zal door hem persoonlijk ingewerkt worden
- Je stuurt** de teamleaders aan van de diverse afdelingen.**:
- Je **optimaliseert de processen op basis van je analyses** in nauwe samenwerking met de business proces manager, zodat alles uniform, correct en efficiënt verloopt.
- Je bent **verantwoordelijk voor de fiscale vertegenwoordiging, coördinatie en samenwerking met alle betrokkenen**, zowel klanten en interne en externe partners.
- Je zal de **rendabiliteit op klantniveau bewaken en afwijkingen rapporteren.**:
- Je zal een** vertrouwensrelatie opbouwen** met onze medewerkers door middel van een duidelijk en transparante communicatie.
**De vereiste kwalificaties zijn**:
- Je hebt **een diploma behaald aan de hogeschool of universiteit.**:
- Je hebt **minimum 10 jaar ervaring met people management & customs management.**:
- Je hebt een **goede kennis van douane en fiscale vertegenwoordiging** én d**e nieuwe processen en systemen **die de douane in de komende jaren gaat implementeren
- Je bent **gedreven, collegiaal en hebt een grote verantwoordelijkheidszin.**:
- Je hebt een **goede kennis van ICT applicaties** zoals Microsoft Dynamics 365, Douane applicaties, enz..
- Je hebt** ervaring met interne audits**.
- Je hebt een zeer goede **Nederlandse kennis **en een goede kennis Engels.
