Integration Engineer

As an Integration Engineer you are part of our Support & Implementation team that ensures customer satisfaction by onboarding and training customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance to the users of our cutting-edge AdTech platform.
Your main duties include providing effective system implementation and utilizing your strong technical skills to solve complex technical issues reported by customers or forwarded by the initial Support. Your primary goal is to ensure an optimal customer experience through seamless technology operation.
Responsibilities
- Functional/Technical Analysis: ensure that our platform aligns with customers' business objectives and technical requirements. Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to comprehend customer expectations and perform technical evaluations to suggest optimal configurations.
- Implementation Planning: create a strategy to guarantee smooth solution implementation. Cooperate with internal and external stakeholders to develop effective implementation plans.
- Solution Implementation: oversee end-to-end solution deployment and integration, handling schedules, resources, and outcomes. Identify and address risks, resolving issues promptly.
- Integration Validation: ensure functional, performance, and compliance with specifications by conducting comprehensive integration tests to deliver functional solutions.
- Technical Support: troubleshoot documented technical issues, proposing solutions or alternatives. Reproduce problems to collect data, collaborate with the Technology team to systematically address them.
- Customer Communication: serve as the technical intermediary between customers and internal teams, ensuring transparent communication about integration progress, incidents, and resolutions.
- Documentation: produce and update documentation for implementation procedures and troubleshooting guidelines. Inform the training officer about updating training materials and FAQ.
Requirements
- Prior experience as an Integration or Support Engineer in a technology or software-related sector.
- Familiarity with AdTech and the digital advertising industry is advantageous – we offer on-the-job training to transform you into an expert on our platform, its processes, and systems.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Dutch is beneficial.
- Effective problem-solving abilities with a rational and analytical approach.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS, JavaScript or TypeScript, XML/JSON, and SQL is essential.
- Experience with Bash, Python, and command-line operations is a bonus.
- Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Dedication to providing outstanding customer service and ensuring customer contentment.
- Readiness to work from our offices near Ghent for several days each week.
