Your Responsibilities as a Go-To-Market Manager

You independently work out a marketing strategy and flesh out the positioning and more tactical aspects of the marketing plan. This includes working on major ° launch campaigns, churn-reducing promotional offers, cross selling, upselling and service-oriented initiatives. You conceive and create promotional frameworks and campaigns, work out migration strategies, etc. You take part in shaping new propositions, particularly in the areas of storytelling and positioning. There is no end to the variation and challenges Digital marketing strategies are an essential element of the marketing plans. Together with our Digital Experts you work out the complete digital journey our potential customers go through, and you make sure this is a seamless experience. You are responsible for the entire STP process (segmentation, targeting and positioning), and you are the key SPOC between Sales & Care, Product Management, MarCom, and many other stakeholders of your projects. You continuously monitor the evolution in our market and at competitors. You adapt your plans and anticipate. You initiate commercial activities, follow up on them and keep them on track based on the KPIs defined in the commercial road map.

Our Ideal Go-To-Market Manager

You have at least five years of relevant experience, in Go-To-Market management, brand management or product management, for example. So, you know exactly how to turn your propositions into a Go-To-Market approach. Your strengths include conceptual thinking and establishing scenarios, and you dare to take strategic decisions. You have no problem defending these decisions at various hierarchical levels within our organization. More customers – satisfied customers – that is what you do it for. You effortlessly identify with a target group and understand their needs. The use of digital marketing tools and techniques is second nature to you. You use them readily to achieve your goals. Interpreting data and insights is part of this job, and this is another of your strengths. This skill helps you take well-founded decisions and monitor business performance. You speak and write Dutch or French, and English fluently. Ideally, you have a master's degree in applied economic sciences, business economics or an MBA, but equivalent experience will also be considered.
